Online Troubleshooting

The best web browsers to use for online purchasing are Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer Version 10 and Higher. It will not be compatible with IE9 or older versions.

Items in the cart will be held for a maximum of 7 minutes. When you have tickets in your cart, you are holding inventory that is available through all sales channels and therefore they cannot be access by anyone else until you release those seats. Due to high demand, the time limit ensures no one patron holds onto inventory for too long preventing other sales. If you exceed this time limit, the system will release the seats you are holding and you will have to begin the purchase process again.

To help speed up the checkout process, be sure to register your billing information and keep it updated through your account manager.

Your online account manager also allows you to reissue any print at home tickets you may have misplaced, transfer your tickets to others, look up your order history and other features like season ticket roll over and other applications.

On Sale Policies and Procedures

On Sale dates and times are determined by the tour and/or promoter. Information on the on sale date and time will usually be included in the event announcement.

  • All patrons must stay in line at all times to hold their place.
  • If you are at the box office to purchase for another event other than the one going on sale, we kindly ask you wait at the end of the line, especially for high demand on sales, to get through the on sale line first.
