Payment Method + Policies and Procedures

Your payment can be made over the phone with any major credit card or by mailing a check (Deadline for checks is two weeks prior to event while credit card deadline is one week prior to event). Per request, prior to or after payment, an invoice will be e-mailed or faxed to you.

Until final payment is made, your group may change the ticket order without penalty, providing it does not drop below the group minimum.

Group Sales FAQs

What is a group?

Groups are typically 10 or more, but may vary based on the event. 

At what age does my child need a ticket to enter the arena?

For most shows, children under the age of 2 will be admitted free. Please contact the Box Office at 484-273-4490 for more detailed show information.

Are there extra fees for a group sales order?

All PPL Center group ticket orders are subject to a one-time, nominal group order charge that will range from $5-$10 depending on the event. This group order charge is per order, not per ticket.

How do we pay for our group ticket order?

Payment can be made over the phone with any major credit card, by mailing a check, or by an on-site appointment. Full payment is required before tickets can be processed.

How do we get our group tickets?

Group tickets can be mailed, emailed, or picked up at Will-Call at the PPL Center box office under the group leader’s name.

Can I cancel my group order?

Once tickets are paid in full, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, so please practice caution when purchasing tickets.

Can I add to my group order?

Groups may add to their already existing order at no extra cost. Additional seating is subject to availability, but will be as close to the original order as possible. All group additions must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the show date.

What time should my group arrive?

Doors typically open one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specified.

Can we pre-purchase parking?

Parking passes for the Linden Street garage are available. To pre-purchase parking in advance, please click here.

Is there bus parking available?

Please ask your group sales representative in advance for more details.

Do you offer accessible seating?

The PPL Center Group Sales Department is able to reserve accessible seating for your group and will do their best to seat your group as close together as possible. 

What if I don’t qualify as a group?

All non-group tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 610-347-TIXX, or in person at the box office.
