Group Tickets

There are various events and shows that offer group discounts. The number that is considered a group varies by event, but is typically a group of at least 10+. If you are interested in purchasing group tickets for an event, please email TICKETSALES@PHANTOMSHOCKEY.COM to request more information.

Will Call Information

Will Call Hours

  • Will Call is available during both normal business hours and during events. Some tickets may not be available until the day of the event (i.e. Promoter Will Call, VIP tickets, Fan Club tickets). Fan Club and VIP will call policies may vary from the arena’s as they are set by those groups. Be sure to check your confirmation email for details on your will call option as they are usually included during the time of purchase.
  • Upon the closing of the QNB Box Office, the Box office will attempt to leave any unclaimed will call at Guest Services for the remainder of the event, but this is not guaranteed. It is best to arrive early to ensure you are in your seats prior to the start of the event. 

Will Call Location

  • Purchases through PPLCenter.com and the Ticket Hotline are available for pick up at the QNB Box Office. Any Third Party will call, Promoter will call, etc. need to be picked up at the QNB Box Office at the 69 WFMZ-TV Gate.
  • Some VIP and Fan Club ticket will call locations will vary depending on the event. Patrons should receive an email ahead of the event informing them of this location. Be sure to check your confirmation email for details on your will call option.

Will Call Procedures

  • Tickets purchased online or by phone for pick up at Will Call may be claimed at the QNB Box Office beginning five (5) business days following the public on sale. This includes any tickets purchased during a presale. The Will Call window can found at the QNB Box Office located on the corner of 7th and Hamilton.
  • A valid photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. You may also be asked for the confirmation email and/or credit card used to purchase the tickets. Only the person whose name is on the account can pick up the tickets. 

Refund/Exchange Policy

Customers may upgrade their tickets when possible, however this is not guaranteed and it is at the sole discretion of the box office or event promoter. All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds. Fees may apply.

In the instance of an event cancelation, all credit cards will be automatically refunded. Patrons who paid with cash will need to go to the QNB Box Office for refund. All order charges and delivery fees are non-refundable. 

Other Delivery Methods

Mail: Your tickets will be mailed to your billing address and delivered no later than 5 days before the event. If you have not received your 48 hours prior to the event, please contact us at (610) 347-TIXX (8499).

Express Mail: Please allow 3 business days after a 48 hour processing period for receipt of tickets via Fed Ex. Orders shipped t o a P.O. Box, Alaska, and Hawaii will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Express Delivery is not available outside the U.S.

Print-At-Home: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing the order, as well as a second email containing an Adobe attachment with your printable tickets. Please be sure to check your SPAM or BULK email folders for your Print-At-Home tickets, if they are not in your inbox. Due to high demand for some events, please allow 24-48 business house for email delivery. If you do not receive the attachment by 48 hours prior to the event, please contact our call center at (610) 347-TIXX (8499). You may also reissue your Print-At-Home tickets through your Online Account at PPLCenter.com. If you cannot print out the tickets prior to the event, you may also bring them up on your phone to be scanned directly from you mobile (mobile phone must be able to open PDF attachments).

Mobile Delivery: Mobile Delivery tickets will be sent via email as an Adobe PDF attachment with QR codes as well as an Apple Wallet attachment in which patrons may add their tickets to their iPhone app. Patrons MUST have a phone with PDF capabilities or an iPhone to use the Apple Wallet Attachments. These DO NOT have to be printed out as they are scanned directly from the mobile phone.

Age Requirements

All individuals must possess a valid ticket to gain entry into the PPL Center for all events. Children UNDER the age of two (2) are admitted free of charge for most events however they must sit on a lap. Please note that some events require any child 12 months or older to possess a valid ticket and this will be noted within the event details. 

Re-entry Policy

Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into PPL Center, a patron may not exit and re-enter. In order to gain access to the venue, the patron will need to purchase a new ticket.

Additional Fees

All tickets are subject to a Facility Fee at all points of purchase. This fee amount varies by events and is not always listed in the advertised price which is set forth by the promoter. All purchases made online or through the ticket hotline are subject to additional service charges. Box Office purchases may also have a small additional service charge which can vary by event. All fees are subject to change. 

Lost/Destroyed/Damaged Tickets

Tickets that have been lost/destroyed/damaged may be reissued if proper identification and proof of purchase can be provided. In addition, they will only be reissued to the original purchaser and an additional fee per ticket will be charged. 

Duplicate Tickets

Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed to enter PPL Center.

Third Party Tickets

PPLCenter.com, 610-347-TIXX and the QNB Box Office are the only authorized sellers of tickets to events held at PPL center. PPL Center and any affiliate are not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than the above stated authorized selling channels and will not honor, exchange, or refund duplicate, counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Ticket Reselling

The resale or attempted resale of tickets on PPL Center property is prohibited by law. Any individuals violating this law will be removed from the premises and subject to any appropriate prosecution or fines.
